Excellent experience overall! Darren is professional and thorough. He punctually, skillfully and efficiently reviewed our property with a well written & detailed report. Darren documented each operating system in easy to understand terms then followed it up with insightful suggestions for what repairs would be most beneficial for maintenance. Past reports I have had completed have been less user friendly (for me as a homeowner) to use as a resource. I look forward to referring to this report and preparing some short term and long term to do lists to avoid/offset ‘surprise’ expenses.
