Ciara Property Inspections provided all-around professional service and inspection. Darren arrived early for the inspection, thoroughly reviewed the home and property, and rapidly produced a report for our reviewing. The report contained recommendations, referrals for servicing, and quality pictures and descriptions. Notwithstanding, Darren was responsive throughout the entire process. He provided us with knowledge about the home and guidance in our inspection. Given his research of the area, Darren had recommended that we have a sewer scope specialist analyze our piping. He coordinated with the specialist and our relators without concern. All in all, Darren was correct in his recommendation to further inspect the piping. Moreover, he used a software and a payment system which were very easy to navigate. We are very pleased to have went with Ciara Property Inspections.
