I was very impressed with scope and thoroughness of inspection work done on a home I am purchasing. My last home inspection from another company didn’t inspect nearly as much , nor where there pictures taken to show areas that were good and required attention. The report Darren provided was easy to follow with many recommendations. the report made it easy to show the contractors areas of concern so all parties we seeing the same thing. I will most definitely be using Ciera inspections on all my home inspections going forward. Thank you Darren for outstanding quality service you provided me.
